Thanks for all your effort and atleast trying it.

my question is: i have a folder call it as lib and it contains 350 sub-folders. and each subfolder have around 20-30 files. and some of the files have word memory and i would like to replace it with string cache. i would like to run the script at lib folder so that script should check in the all subfolders and replace the memory word with cache word in all file of the subfolders..

download sed for windows then do this

sed -i "s/memory/cache/g" file

use a for loop with dir /s to recurse directories. see dir /? and for /? for more info.
And its only difficult if you don't put in effort in studying about it.
