Solved special caracter % in bach file

Specs: Windows 10
Hi everyone, I'm writing a batch file which execute an application in which there are a username and password. If the password doesn't contain special characters it works well, but if there are special character (for example %) it doesn't work and in dos I see that is doesn't use the %. How can I solve the problem?

For example if the password is "pluto" this works well

vmware-view.exe --serverURL pippo.pluto.com --userName pippo --password pluto

but if the fassword is "plu%to" and this does't work because it is no able to execute the %

vmware-view.exe --serverURL pippo.pluto.com --userName pippo --password plu%to

And what it happen on your side if you try adding another % to escape it :

vmware-view.exe --serverURL pippo.pluto.com --userName pippo --password plu%%to
