sort content of more txt-files without rename

Specs: Windows XP
I'm trying to get a batch or vb-script which can sort the content alphabetically of txt-files in a folder without renaming the file. Hopefully it's possible! Thnx everybody!

The text-files are quite simple..

Is it possible that the sorted content of the file is saved in the original file, overwrite it shortly said.
