Small batch utility

Specs: Windows XP, Athlon xp x2 64 5600 / 2gb
I wrote a very simple utility(win32) for batch files in c++ and thought someone else may also get some use from it.

All it does is change the colo[u]r(so more than two colo[u]rs can be displayed in the console at once), set cursor position and echo without line breaks, good to make a batch pretty.

/dumpsource will dump the c++ source(minus the dump source part).

Hi M2,

Javascript disabled(If I remember correctly you browse very light)?

It's a pretty dodgy host I admit, but I use it for the same reason I use the first one, longevity, I have files on there that are well over 6 months old - without a download for like 2(without any signup). The link is towards the bottom(after all the ads) " Save file to your PC: click here".

I don't get any popups because I use FF + noscript and only temporarily allow the site itself. It's amazing how many ads are javascript based and come from another url.

I would consider removing it now, but it's too late, I can't edit it.

"colors / colours in batch can be changed withing the batch file
or command prompt depends what you doing,"

I am well aware of this, but the "color" command
retroactively changes the entire buffer, the main idea of the
utility was to access the api so the buffer is not retroactively
changed.

@ECHO OFF
swcde /c blue green /e " Multiple "
swcde /c yellow bwhite /e " colo[u]rs "
swcde /c lpurple aqua /e " without "
swcde /c grey blue /e " retroactively "
swcde /c grey red /e " changing "
swcde /c lred lgreen /e " the buffer "
echo.
swcde /c aqua red /e " \"color\" doesn't do that "
echo.
swcde /c green grey /e " [at least on xp] "
echo.
swcde /c black yellow /e " Though it is good for changing the back ground colo[u]r "
echo.
pause

Yes, english IS a difficult language. ;)

Anyway, the COLOR command indeed changes the full screen in that color. If you want to change only one line, using a very simple C-program is what I would advise anyway.

Edit: At it again....

Got bored, fixed something that was annoying me:

Captcha + short wait:

Add infested + popups(scroll to the bottom and click "Save file to your PC: click here" or while at the page paste "javascript:startDownload()" into the location bar and hit enter):
