Shutdown a Web Browser

Specs: Windows 7
Hello, I'm trying to set up a prank for my brother, and I wanna do it like this: I want to make a batch file, that starts on the start up of the PC, loops forever and does this:
Every time he opens I want his Web Browser to instantly close.
I want the Batch file to be hidden while running, and not seen, but in the same time to loop the check if youtube is running, close the web browser if theres a youtube page, if not then just continue looping, also a way to shut it down if i wanna use his PC or something.

I would love it if someone who's bored, or just so nice and awesome to script that for me, ifs its not a big deal, if not, at least some help and tips whit it. Dont know if there is some difference if scripting this for Windows 7 or Windows XP, so if you would be so kind to just mention for what did you script it or tip.

-Thank you in advance

Please use this forum as it's supposed to be used -- for help with genuine problems.
Whilst other people are tearing their hair out trying to get their PC to work, all you can think of is asking about a prank -- do grow up & stop wasting our time!

That is why I'm posting this in Programming maybe? Programming is not about people making their PC's work, but to help and educate people who are trying to get better as a programmer. Also I made the prank up just because I needed a example for what should it look like, but that's another story.
Still, thanks for the response.

The problem with pranks is that they can be easily changed to something very destructive.
