is there a way for me to call a "dll" file in a batch scrip or shortcut but have it run as a batch file

Doesnt have to be a dll file as that may cause issues but you get what im trying to do

A dll is a file that contains code and resources for use by applications. A batch file contains a number of command line commands. They are completely different. Only files containing legitimate commands can be called as a batch file.
I have no idea what you are trying to do.

Ok yeah that was a bad example

So i have an inf file that I wanna put some for statements in (one my batch file is getting too big and two it allows for changing things when i compile the batch file into a exe) so the inf file is called config.inf

but if i call config.inf it will not run what is inside it just opens the file.

How do I make it run what is inside the file?

Can you just make it a .bat file and call it?
OR can you use the batch file to read in the lines of code to run those lines?
eg set /p configline= <config.inf && echo %configline%(you could change this to whatever)?
