Specs: Windows Server 2003, 40 GB
Hi Great experties,

I am new to batch files..Anyone can help me out here..

I have bunch of files in folder, each file contains end of line(blank box), I found from somewhere it's CTRL Z character. Can anyone post the script to remove this character from each text file and save same file on same folder or other folder?

Thanks in advance!!

Ctrl-Z is the end of file marker. Some text processors remove them automatically.

@echo off
md Output
for /f %%a in (dir /b *.txt) do (
echo processing %%a
type %%a >output\%%a
