output bat to text file with date and time

Specs: Windows Server R2
Hi, I'm trying to output my bat script to a text file so everytime the script runs a text file is created with the date and time in the file name. Any ideas as to the best way to do this

ECHO %DATE% %TIME% >> FileName.txt

Stick it right before the script exits.
