Net Share in CMD

Specs: Windows xp pro
if the share is already created, (because as i understand "net share <sharename>=<sharepath>" creates a new share) there no way for me to add everyone to the permissions list?

for instance:
net share Bootdrv=C:\bootdrv
returns the name has already been shared

net share bootdrv=c:\bootdrv /change:Everyone,Full
returns the option /grant:Everyone,Full is unknown

i understand the unknonw is because /grant is not recognized by xp pro, is there no other way to add everyone to the share permissions through CMD?

It's possible though WMI, but I'm not sure if it's possible though wmic. You might need to use VBScript.
