Ok this must have a logical explanation but right now im very confused and frustrated. I was running Vista and i have developed a shooter game in java which ran fine. I have now upgraded to Windows 7 and my game animation is now very slow and jumpy. I came on the net to see if i could find a solution when i stumbled here.
I had the game running and i noticed that as soon as i got onto this website the animation speed was back to normal. When i navigate away it goes back to being slow. I then visted as many websites as i could to see if i could find a trend but nothing. Having computing.net in the background makes my java game run correctly.
Can anyone shed some light onto why and how i can fix my problem.
