Specs: Windows 7
I want to extract selective data from two different txt files into a new txt file. The name of the 'Two' txt files is 20120808.TXT in folder AM-APC01 and 20120808.TXT in Folder AM-APC02. The data in the first txt files is

02:34 NO DATA FOUND
02:34 no DELIVERED
02:44 NO DATA FOUND
02:44 no DELIVERED
03:5 average: 17.00 count: 628
03:14 average: 1.21 count: 964

and the second txt file is

02:49 average: 0.03 count: 623
02:59 average: 0.42 count: 602
03:9 average: 0.00 count: 1
03:19 NO DATA FOUND
03:19 no DELIVERED
03:29 NO DATA FOUND

want to extract for example the lines "02:49 average: 0.03 count: 623" chronologically into the new txt file. Is there anyone who can help me
