How to write batch schedule?

Specs: Windows 10
Hi. Can somebody help me with code. I would like to implement it in my program. Actaly schedule that can count how many days till event. Actaualy i would need two codes:

1. I write a name of event and how many days till that day and every time i open program it refresh and give mi number of days left

2. I just write name of event and an there is already in code how many days it need to be to count down. And then also every time i open program it refresh and give mi number of days left

And if it is posible if it could look like this:

*name of event* - heppen in *XX* days

I tried but i dont know how to chenge the date into number and wheni ti should turen from 30/31 into 1 it have to change the month. But still i dont know how the program should detect the date to chenge it
