I have tried that too but the same error exist. so I have mentioned the folder in the path variable. Now it gives an error the application has failed to start because wcpicp32.dll was not found. This xcom is used in unix and am reusing in windows. Is it is compatible?

If your program is complaining that it doesn't have wcpicp32.dll, I would try to locate a valid copy of wcpicp32.dll.
