|If your Turbo C version is a legacy DOS based compiler, you have to download MS Virtual PC (free) or Open Source VirtualBox and setup a virtual machine with DOS as guest operating system.|
You need a legal copy of DOS and you can catch the free FreeDOS or DR DOS (free too). After virtual machine setup and DOS installation you can run Turbo C inside the virtual environment. The process is easier to do than to explain. Be aware you can install MS Virtual PC under Windows 7 Home Premium too, just ignore the warning messages that refer to enterprise support only.
