How to move a .class into a .jar file

Specs: Windows 7
I have been looking around for a while and cant find any way to do it, nor am I much of a coder. Can anybody tell me how I would do this and in what language? would this be possable in a simple .bat?

Im not creating a jar, im adding another .class into a jar.

Any program that handles zip files will unzip the jar.

The Java developer kit has jar.exe, a command line program that builds jar files.
