How to do exact awk in unix

Specs: Windows XP
Hi,
I have two txt files. one file with name=services.txt
it contains:
BillingManagementServices
BillingManagementServices_new
BillingManagementServices_tst
Another one with name "servicePath.txt"
it contains:
BillingManagementServices=path1
BillingManagementServices_new=path2
BillingManagementServices_tst=path3


If i try to do awk command to search the file1's string in file2's string all the paths are coming. (am using while loop to do this)..

I need to do exact awk to and get the corresponding path and print it in a new file.

Please help me..
