How to copy a folders folder using bat file?

Specs: Windows XP, 256
Hello Dear
I have a folder named 1 which contain like that:
"1.exe", "2.txt", "3.doc", "4.xml", "5.ini" and a folder named "7" in this "7" folder contain with "8.exe", "8.txt", "8.doc", "8.xml", "8.ini"

now i want to copy all the file of "1" folder in the D:\1\2 directory with the "7" folder too

What is the command line of ".bat" file?

I guess you can simply go into windows explorer copy source files and paste in the D:\1\2 folder.

For batch it will be something like
copy pathoffolder1\*.* D:\1\2\
copy pathoffolder7\*.* D:\1\2\
