How to combine two text files into one

Hi bros

I have several text files in a folder as below:

1234H.txt , 1234.txt

5678H.txt , 5678.txt

9012H.txt , 9012.txt

I would like to combine those files into separate file name. Could it be any faster method to make it up?

The result as below:
1234H.txt + 1234.txt = 1234.txt
5678H.txt + 5678.txt = 5678.txt
9012H.txt + 9012.txt = 9012.txt

Anyone can help me out of it? Could it be done in access 2003? or in dos?

Hi curtistsoi,
