How do you set a registry value with regini?

Windows 7 command line...

This is the value I want to set:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ Microsoft\Windows\Windows Error Reporting\Dont Show UI = 1

I don't know how to use REGINI. But if you just want to set a single value, why not simply use REG?

REG ADD "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Error Reporting" /v DontShowUI /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f
