How do I make a .com (command) file for DOS? I have my own "operating system", PowerOS, and now I want to make a set of commands just for PowerOS.

For DOS you would compile and link to create a com file. Note that the command line in Windows is not DOS. Since you have told us nothing about PowerOS I have no idea what it's requirements would be.

✔ Best Answer
Download Turbo C. That will let you create .com files without too much fuss.

LMiller7... PowerOS is just some set of batch files and text files that I supposedly call an operating system. I have actually used it, and I have used Microsoft Word 5.0 on it. I also create BASIC programs to run on it. The operating system also has its own prompt. I am going to put some files, and the whole set, on the PowerOS site.
