How do I close all batch files running?

March 22, 2012 at 12:43:23
Specs: Windows 7
So just as a gag I'm gonna send my friend a file and this is the source:

@echo off
start %~dp0
start %~dp0
echo MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!
exit
In theory it should multiply itself like crazy! But I want a batch file that will close ALL batch files when opened so that I may test this without my computer going psycho. And nothing I found online is relevant to what I want.
