OP keeps asking questions in the Programming forum, but in my opinion, the problem is Windows 10 will not start. According to his other posts, and what has been pulled out of him, he's booting to a Windows 10 USB and can get to command prompt to open notepad and that's about it.

The real problem has been hinted at that "someone"changed the Registry. That seems to me the cause of the whole boot failure, but he hasn't really responded to his half dozen other posts.

I also replied to his PM to me to let him know he should provide more information and to not keep posting random posts in random Forums, and to go back to one of his original posts and clarify everything. I haven't seen that happen yet.

So, until a Mod/Admin is able to take some action, I don't think the OP's "real" question will be answered.

Just my humble $.02. :)

Doing the best I can here... And remember, there's always more than one path to success. :)
