You can make a TXT log file:

echo @prompt set date=$d$_set time=$t$h$h$h > {a}.bat
%comspec% /e:2048 /c {a}.bat > {b}.bat
for %%v in ({b}.bat del) do call %%v {?}.bat
echo %date% %time% >> log
pause
start Log

Or, make it show the date directly in the DOS window:
set /p date=
echo Y | date | find "urre"
echo Y | time | find "urre"
pause
if %date%==anytime goto googlesearch
:googlesearch
start START iexplore http://www.google.com/search?q=THING TO SEARCH&btnG=Google+Search&hl=en&lr=&safe=off

Hope that helps
