Solved Help with app making in Ubuntu?!?

Specs: Ubuntu 12.04, Intel pentium 3 / 256 Megs
I really want to create apps to sell in the software center, but I can't find anything besides that stupid "Hello world" tutorial that doesn't use any coding. I know it uses Python, but I don't know where to write the files or anything like that. Is there any books/websites that have ACTUAL tutorials in them?
--Thanks in advance

Kind of like asking us how to learn how to do brain surgery.

Unless you have some training in some language or a heavy training in some IDE then you can't simply create any app worth selling.

Consider some community based schools to get you on the programming road.

Text, talk, drive...CRASH.

Hang up and drive @#$%^^

I have used Python. I have been using it, and I am still learning. I can't however find out how to use it in the "quickly" editor. I don't know how to link objects, what files to edit, and Canonical has NO support concerning this. That's what the question was about not Python. Rather linking objects, what files to program, etc. I have been using YouTube to learn Python, and Know AS3, and use for learning JavaScript.
