Specs: Linux i686
At the time of compilation of c++ program it dose not include the iostream.h and conio.h header files. I have typed the program in text editor and saved it as first.cpp . But after compiling first.cpp in terminal with the help of g++ command it gives 'fatal error: conio.h: No such file or directory ' . Will the graphics.h work . my operating system is ubuntu 10.10 64 bit.

Read GCC's documentation on environment variables, and make sure the relevant ones are set correctly.

"conio.h" and "graphics.h" are header files that were used in old DOS compilers from Borland and (I think) Microsoft. They don't exist on Ubuntu.

I'm afraid that you will have to adapt these programs before you can compile and run them on a Ubuntu machine.
