Download a firmware into the flash memory

Hi, I am new to batch/scripting. I am trying to write .bat file the downloads a firmware to a microcontroller flash memory. In this program I disable the read protection in the beginning. Then I try to download. It downloads the first page, and then it stops saying that the flash maybe read protected. Why is this. I already disabled the read protection in the beginning and then why is it saying again after downloading one page. Kindly do help me. Thank You.
