Copy txt file content to another file

Specs: Windows XP
I need to append content of one txt file to another txt file.Is that possible?

Also, is it possible to output batch file result in to more than one file?

If the files are named:

ONE
TWO

To append ONE to TWO use this:

type ONE >> TWO

Question 2 is somewhat harder ... this does NOT work (had to try) :

echo this is a test > test01.txt > test02.txt

I think the easiest is to output to 1 file, then copy that file to whatever file(s) you want.
