Copy files if it fulfills certain criteria...

Hi. A friend of mine wanted some help in writing a batch file which copied files on certain criteria. I decided to help but I am totally stuck now. I have spent some 4-5 hours and I am not getting it... I have searched here as well but am not able to find anything that serves my purpose. I am only a beginner as well...

So, here is what the batch file should do:

Compare all files in Source folder and Destination folder and copy only those files and folders that are missing in Destination folder to a third folder. Files are in sub-directories as well, these files needs to be checked whether they exist in Destination directory structure and then copied if they don't exist while keeping the directory structure intact.

I hope I am clear enough and someone have the solution to it as well. I need this program a little urgent, so if someone can help me quickly, I will really appreciate it.

Thanks a lot in advance!
