Hi ,

I am trying to write a batch script which has to copy all files from a share drive folder to a ftp server.

I am trying with the below ftp script, but i am not able to copy the contents of the folder to the ftp server.

Open XYZ.ftp.net 21
id\7058123
test@1234
Prompt
Cd /DWB/PWRscan/Archive/
mput \\Sharedrive|xyzfolder\*.*
bye

Please let me if I need to modify the above script, so that it will copy all the files from share drice folder to ftp server.

Thanks,
Moras

Moras, you didn't mention what the problem is.

My guess (here we go) is that (DOS) FTP does not understand the //server/share syntax, but only a driveletter syntax. So, you need to map first :

net use Z: //server/share

.. then use mput Z:\*.*

No ?

edit: ... or the slashes in the other direction, whatever.
