Copy a .bat file from A folder to B folder

Specs: Windows XP, 8 GB
How to copy .bat file from folder to different folder ----------------- D:\Oracle>copy FormDefUtil.bat D:\Oracle\Logs\FormDefUtil.bat............this is not working

getting error .........The system cannot find the file specified.

copy "D:\Oracle\FormDefUtil.bat" "D:\Oracle\Logs\FormDefUtil.bat"?

Obvious questions:
1) Does "D:\Oracle\FormDefUtil.bat" exist?
2) Does "D:\Oracle\Logs" exist?
