Connect Direct file transfer using Windows command prompt

Specs: Windows Server 2003
Hi All,

I have many files containing YYYYMMDD date format in their filename. I need help for creating a Windows batch script to find all files with the current date inside a folder and then transfer them all to other server using connect direct.

For example, I have following files inside C:\temp folder :
asdf_20130320.txt
gaga_20130319.txt
haha_20130320_120323.txt
ffff.12322_20130320.455532

If today is 20-Mar-2013, the script will then pick 3 files which is asdf_20130320.txt, gaga_20130319.txt, and ffff.12322_20130320.455532.

After that I need to transfer all these files using connect direct, also using a Windows batch script. Preferable if the file search and the connect direct script are inside a single .bat file.

Kindly help, many thanks.

Might save time if you can give your system's date format (echo %date%).
