concatinate files and rename to original name

Specs: Windows XP
I need to be able to concatinate two files together then rename the output to the name of the 2nd file.
ie: copy file1+file2
then the output be renamed to the origninal name of file 2

The way you want...

@echo off
type file1.txt > file3.txt
type file2.txt >> file3.txt
ren file2.txt file2.bak
ren file3.txt file2.txt

The easy way...
type file2.txt >> file1.txt

No renaming needed.
