COBOL Error 114, Signal 11

Specs: Windows 7
We are using Syspro version 6.0 010 SP2 on Windows 7. . Customized panes are causing this error. Do you have any suggestion?

Well, a tad more information, for one, especially when dealing with a dinosaur like COBOL. (Maybe it has evolved.. my last contact was 30 years ago. I surely did not like it then!) There may be ways to work around whatever error that is ("error 114, signal 11") such as reformatting or reconfiguring data, but the information deficiency of your post leaves any creative solutions sitting on the fence.

Syspro offers comprehensive support to all registered users of their software. You should contact them and make use of this support.

(The error is a fairly generic "the program tried to access memory it wasn't authorized to". Only the software developer can know what part of the program is at fault.)

It says " Execution error: file'olectist'
error code;114, pc=0,call=1,seg-0
114 Attempt to access item beyond bounds of memory
(signal 11)
Contacted Syspro. According to them custom pane is the cause for the error. Same custom pane works without any issues on XP computers and only on window 7, we are getting this error. I have been using their support, but no solution other than remove the panes completely.
