Changing path in a remote server using Plink

September 21, 2011 at 04:11:36
Specs: Windows XP
When i use the below script i can see the session logged into to a remote server and the default path as :
putty.exe -ssh USER@ -pw XXXX

Now i wanted to move to a specific folder ( cd /sfv4-client/qacand) in that session which was displayed above for that i am trying to use plink as below:

The batch file run from a windows box is
d:\putty\plink -ssh -pw XXX USER@qacandclient01a -m script.txt
script.txt contains : cd //sfv4-client//qacand (path to change)
I wanted to change the path as mentioned in script.txt, using plink i cant see the session displayed to see the path changed, its runs and disappears away.

Could anyone help me in changing the path using plink in the session which was displayed

I think I know what you mean, but just for clarification...

script.txt will contain multiple paths? Like this?

script.txt contains as of now only one path //sfv4-client//qacandclient01a

I need to move to the qacandclient01a folder, after moving need to run an ant script, this is another batch file to be run automatically from my windows box after me moving to that folder
