can't copy a file .bat

Hi i have this code

this. "bat" for a password if you do not know the file will be destroyed, but I need the same for another file called file.txt if the user tries to copy the file asks for a password if not destroy or be destroyed without asking password anyone has any idea how to do this?

Control C or break out of the batch file will bypass this and any security feature contained. Anyone with minimal DOS knowledge can do this.
