Can CMD respond to users voice using Speech Recognition?

Specs: Windows 7, 4GB
Hello,
I am creating a MS - DOS program that should respond to users voice...
I think it shall be somehow related with Speech Recognition...
Can speech recognition work in hiden mode?
How should I do the trick?

You are thousand light years far away the target since batch scriipts can handle plain ASCII text only and have no multimedia capabilities. By the way under Windows 7 there is no DOS at all that was superseded by NT kernel since Windows 2000. The command interpreter CMD.EXE while more poweerful than its ancestor COMMAND.COM is still limited to text processing.

But all I want is Windows Speech Recognition type in what I say int omy *.bat program... I can convert it to EXE if I need to...
