Call & Execute functions

Dear Community,

I have a problem/question regarding batch programming. I like to have a simple, clean program that handles functions such as calling (if) and excute (.exe after if statement).

Let me explain the scenario briefly:

1. User starts batch file (sample.bat)
2. sample.bat looks if user has file file.txt
3. sample.bat couldn't find file.txt
4. sample.bat returns "Sorry, file.txt is not there"

1. User starts batch file (sample.bat)
2. sample.bat looks if user has file file.txt
3. sample.bat found file file.txt
4. sample.bat starts .exe (hidden location)
5. sample.bat returns "have fun playin!"

Can some tell me or realise this?

Thanks!
