You can not do this automatically. Microsoft has closed this exploit a long time ago. You must prompt the user for a password other wise people could just run Rainbow Hacking on your computer and own it.
The best solution for this is to setup a Domain Controller and joining the computer to the domain so that you can take advantage of Single Signon.
If you want to go cheep then FTP server is the solution.
If the systems are in the same network, you could connect via "Batch" , to do some remote progresses. But that's not recommend since people abuse that, including me :O, not for bad intentions, just for fun.
