Solved Batch to create folders

Specs: Windows 7 enterprise x64, 2.8 dual/3gb
I have a folder with hundreds of part number folders in it. Inside each part number folder there are several subfolders (prints, invoices, etc). I would like to create a .bat file to automatically create a new folder called quality in each part number folder.

Heres what I have thus far:

@echo off
mkdir "C:\Customer\Parts\??????
cls
exit

Am I on the right track? Is there a wildcard to define each part number folder? * doesn't work for me.
Thanks,

If i have to I can do something like
dir /b > list.txt
Then add mkdir and the folder name to the front and back of each name but im sure theres an easier way to go about this.
