batch scrpipt to search file using substrings

Specs: Windows 7
I want to write batch script to search files on the basis of substrings between them,but substrings are in diffferent positions in file name.kindly help


example,

filename: 112343554-nocd34347878-rtr.835,

I want to make file search using substring "nocd" and "835",

Please suggest me how to use this

You don't need to know the exact location of a substring inside filename just be aware if it is part of name or suffix, i.e. according what you posted

dir Pathname\*nocd*.835
