Batch file to list ip range of subnet?

Microsoft Windows 7 home premium

Specs: Windows XP, 2g
I'm trying to create a simple batch file that will tell me what subnet im on using my own ip address and own subnet mask. Is this possible?

Example:
My ip is 122.53.75.56
My subnet mask is:255.255.255.128

OR written

122.53.75.56/25

----------------
Ultimately, I would like to create a batch file called "subit.bat" and would be used like:
subit.bat 122.53.75.56/25
and it would create a file with the list of ips within the subnet.

Again, would this even be possible?

Thanks in advance,

Adam
