Solved batch file run manually, but not as scheduled task

Specs: server 2008 r2, 16gb
batch file run manually, but not as scheduled task
The batch file is small and takes less than 3 minutes to run manually.
It will not run as a scheduled task.

Are you asking how to do that? Just double-click the batch file, or run it from the Command Prompt window.

I can run it manually, I need to find out why it will not run as a scheduled task.

First, post the batch. Second, make SURE ALL paths within the batch are completely explicit. Scheduler assumes NO path defaults.

i agree to nbrane. give all the addresses to ur files or whatever u did code. if it still has a problem, try this utility and convert .bat to .exe, and then keep it in schedule :)

That looks very interesting. Is it a program you've used yourself and can vouch for?
The last thing I used like that was years ago and it never really worked properly.
