Specs: WinPE, ANY
Good Morning,
I am looking for help to automatically boot diskpart from a winpe cd/dvd; and run the following commands:
diskpart
list disk
select disk 0
clean
create partition primary
format fs=ntfs quick
assign letter=c
active
Exit
So effectively, I have a boot disk that automatically starts and cleans and formats HDD’s on boot. Does anyone know how to do this?
Your help is greatly appreciated.
Kind Regards
Tor Fey

What do you mean? You want to format and erase everything in your hard drive of your laptop (or desktop)? I think you will need the iso of Windows Installer. After selecting your language click Repair Your PC (I'm not sure with the exact words) instead of install now. Select Troubleshoot then command prompt. There you go. Continue with the commands you mentioned above.

If you're just going for a drive wipe, go with DBAN. It's more comprehensive.

If you just want a fresh C: drive, read this: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/...
