Solved An upd to a fairly old thread: Cmd.exe alternative from JP

Specs: Windows 7

Holla lists a lot of functions, but some of them are Not available in JPSoft TCC/LE. Eg, a/o 13.0, winexename . That is quote a useful fcn when automating switching between apps for commonly done cut and paste.

There is a WhichWin available in SysUtils.zip (32 and 64 bit versions, 3rd party). Unzip it under PlugIns subdir (create if not there) where TCC/LE was installed. TCC will automatically load the dll. WhichWin may have enough options that it can be used as a substitute for the WinExeName fcn that is available in the full version of TCC.
