Your going to need a for /F loop to pull variables out of your config file. Try for /? at the command line for examples or check some of the forums for for loop help. For /? You can use netsh to add an ip address at the command line via a batch script. netsh interface ip add address "local area connection" 192.168.0.2 255.255.255.0 See netsh shell help for more info.
