|Outlook Express can do it, and once in OE format you can then import into Windows Live Mail. It's easiest to export your contacts as a csv file, which can be handled by most other programs, and then for your messages use Outlook Express, as I mentioned above. Live Mail cannot import Outlook files direct, and I'm fairly certain that Thunderbird cannot either, but by using the OE method it should work.|
I should add that if you have one of the higher versions of Windows 7 then you can install XP mode in Windows Virtual PC and you get Outlook Express installed.
