windows live mail 2011 new mail template location

October 3, 2012 at 09:13:53
Specs: Windows 7 64bit, AMD Sempron M120 2.1GHz/2 GB RAM
When I attempt to start a new email, or forward an email, or reply to an email, I get an error message saying, " A problem occurred while trying to open this message." I suspect a corrupt email template and that deleting said template will force Windows Live Mail to recreate a new (non-corrupt) template. However, I have not been able to locate the template - either it's name, or location.

I would appreciate any help in the matter, even pointing me in another direction if you think I'm looking in the wrong place.

Go to Control Panel > Programs & Features
Select "uninstall" for Windows Live Mail.
If Windows Live Mail is not listed, select uninstall for Windows Live Essentials.
You will be given the option to uninstall it or repair it. Select "Repair".

Thanks for the suggestion, Phil22. I wish I could say that it worked - but it didn't. Still getting the same error when trying to send/forward/reply.
