Specs: Windows XP
Autofill for email addresses just stopped. No change was made to the computer and no new software added. Just stopped one day. Any idea how to fix?

Disable the Suggest Names option, close Outlook, reopen, then re-enable the option.

So what exactly happens when you enter a new address in the To: field, and then try and use the "suggest names" feature in a new email?

If I start to type an email to kevinsmith@yahoo.com, the only letter that come up are the letters I type. Before when I would start to type ke all emails that started with ke would show as choices.

Now as I type in full email addresses, the autofill will work for those addresses next time.

Have this exact problem on Outlook (2010). Was working and now it's not. It only holds the cache for a single session. If I exit Outlook, I'm back to typing in the entire address (or shortcutting with ctrl-K). I've heard the cache is stored in a .nk2 file and that I should copy it over from Outlook 2007, but that didn't work either...?

What is ths issue?

Thanks!
