Solved Why does VueScan not function??

Specs: Windows 7
VueScan does not see the software or give the option of selecting my Plustec PS 281 ADF scanner, Any remedies?

MMCC I have sent several inquires of Problem Reports to Hamrick over several days and there has been no response as of yet. I have tried their FAQ's..... no help

There are a couple of caveats on their web site in regards to your scanner:

"You need to install a Plustek scanner driver to use this scanner on Windows.
You might also need to use the x32 version of VueScan with this scanner."

Perhaps they can lead you to a solution.

MMCC I have the latest drivers installed with Plustec's tech support help over the phone. I cannot seem to find the x32 of VueScan download. I think I have the latest version of their x64 but the x32 eludes me. You know wher to find it. Their web site leaves a lot to be desired. By the way..still no response from VueScan .

MMCC.......... YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!
Thank you sir. The x32 download did it. VueScan sees my PS281 scanner.
Thank you again and now to delete the x64 version.
