Specs: Windows XP
One day all is fine with my email in Outlook 2003. Logged off and went home (did not shut down). Next day, not able to receive or send email. Deleted Outlook 2003 and reinstalled it automatically and manually a few times. Finally able to send and receive. My only problems now are that I'm not able to reply or forward. Can you please advise.

By deleted does this mean you did an uninstall? That would be the correct way to remove Outlook 2003... do an uninstall 1st if not. Also, Office 2003 should have a repair option found under the "Help" menu bar.

Other things to try; if you run a couple of google searches you can find free tools to make Registry corrections, fix broken links etc.. I believe CCleaner has this option, and it's a handy little tool.

Check the Tools / Send-Receive settings / show progress dialog as you try the operation.
